Hawaii Fall-0 0 7
We all miss Broz as 007 especially The Sun's photo writers when they catch him out on the seas under heading of Whoa-oh Seven!. In it's entirety, let the puns commence ...
"Former 007 Pierce Brosnan will have to Dry Another Day as he tries the sport of paddle boarding - and tumbles into the surf. But drenched Pierce, 55, was neither shaken nor stirred. He got back on for another go during a break in Hawaii. A bit like James Bond himself, we reckon. He's often spied up the creek without a paddle - but always makes it back for a sea-quel."
Ah Pierce, if only Dan could raise a chuckle ( 14/06 ).
Fleming's For Your Eyes Only ..
A whole Sun page was given back in April to the Ian Fleming exhibition at London's Inperial War Museum called For Your Eyes Only. Half a page is given to two photos from Quantum Of Solace with a running Craig and posing Arterton as the exhibit includes photos from the new movie with another photo of the tux-suited writer next to an open top DB5 [?] with JB 007 number plates. There is also a small bottom page b&w photo of Fleming, after four columns about his life the item ends "James Bond was not an expert on exotic women but an American ornithologist. The exhibition does not tell us if he liked golf." Well every 007 fan knows like the heading Bond was named after bird watcher and Ian was proud to be Captain of his Kent golf team ( 17/04 ).

A witness quotes ".. a lot of blood", past mishaps are recalled and ends with "a spokesman for the £117million blockbuster" quote: "Daniel Craig did sustain an injury to his hand. He returned to set later in the day." Start practicing "We're Doomed !" ( 11/06 ).

- Blink and you miss a paragraph titled DOCTOR CARLYLE which claims TWINE baddie "Robert Carlyle [ last seen in ITV1's 2-part disaster drama Flood ] is favourite to replace David Tennant as BBC1's Doctor Who with 85 per cent of William Hill punters." Rob have you heard the term "It's peaked !" ? Well sadly at the moment they're running out of good story-lines despite great special-effects and annoying OTT background music ( 21/06 ).
- Short of a news story ramble on about movie heroes as the heads of PM Gordon Brown and Conservative Leader David Cameron are superimposed on the bodies of Indiana Jones & James Bond ( in CR trunks ) respectively. Under heading of Labour of the Lost Ark reveals Brown's preference for Mr Jones and Cameron for 007. Cameron is quoted: "I'm a big Bond fan. I think I've probably seen every Bond film more than three times, which is quite tragic." No David, it gets worse if really bitten. The items ends reeling of details about 007 & Jones movies ( 24/06 ).
- A small three paragraph item is headed SHEEN IS A FAIRY which reveals "Bond girl Denise Richards has had a tattoo honouring badboy ex-hubby Charlie Sheen turned into a fairy. [TWINE actress] Denise 37, .. has two daughter with Sheen, 42" is quoted "It's gorgeous. You can't even see where it was." It seems Charlie has "her name on his wrist". This week he attempted with presenter James May's math calculations the 360 degree roll from TMWTGG. Despite having front-wheeled drive instead of rear .. he failed on landing ... ah shame ( 29/06 ).
