SQUADRON ACHIEVEMENTS

1950
Flight Sergeant D.Law held every Wing and Scottish A.T.C. Senior Swimming Championship Trophy.
1950
Flight Sergeant D. Law gained a Reciprocal Visit to Canada.
1952 – 1955
Squadron Football Team held Inter – Cadet Services League Trophy
1955
Squadron Pipe Band represented the A.T.C. at the Festival of Youth held at Earl’s Court, London.
1958
C.W.O. I Badger gained a Reciprocal Visit to U.S.A.
1959
C.W.O. T Neil gained his Corps Rugby Blue.
1961 – 1965
Squadron’s junior and Senior Cross – Country Teams represented the Wing.
1964
Flight Sergeant R. Clark gained his Corps Rugby Blue.
1965
Cadet J.P. McCormack gained his Athletic Blue.
1981
Female Recruits allowed into Squadron as an experiment.
1982
Females are officially accepted into the Corps. Mrs. J. Johnson becomes the first A.W.O. in Scotland.
