The Air Training Corps (ATC) is a Youth Organisation for Boys and Girls operating in the UK and overseas. It is the Cadet Wing of the Royal Air Force, but there is no obligation whatsoever to join the RAF. The views expressed in these pages are those of the author, and are not necessarily supported by MOD, RAF. the Air Training Corps, 1803 Squadron staff or civilian committee or even the cadets themselves.
