With 10 years experience working in the ICT/Telecoms industry, I decided to re-evaluate my
lifestyle and my priorities. I worked with a Professional Life Coach to support me through:
major health challenges, changing careers, major changes in my personal life and
relocating to live in Northern Ireland.

I am a member of the International Coach
Federation (ICF) and The Association for
Coaching and have completed Coach U University's Advanced Coach Training
Programme as part of my ongoing professional development. I also have a Business
Degree along with various Sales & Marketing and ICT qualifications.
Your first Life Coaching session with 1 to 1 Coaching will be at the special offer price of £30. Our standard
coaching service offers 3-months or 9 x 1 hour sessions by telephone, which
includes e-mails and calls in between, when required. Monthly coaching rates are on average
between £150-200.
