ANNUAL CAMPS ADVENTURE TRAINING RECRUIT TRAINING
As well as all the aviation training that members of the ATC get involved in, another of the major parts of an air cadet's day to day routine is getting involved in the Camps away from the Squadron headquarters.

In the Adventure Training side we have activities from camping out under the stars to various hill walking and navigation days, from Camouflage & Concealment exercises to First Aid Training ... Air Cadets can get involved in it all. |
The Air Cadets (or in some cases the Royal Air Force) have qualified instructors in leading expeditions 'in the hills', in abseiling and rock climbing, canoeing, hang gliding, parachuting, microlight flying, ski-ing and many many more camps and courses that cadets can get involved in.
Annual Camps occur at both Easter and Summer during the year and Air Cadets can attend these week long camps, along with members of their own and other squadrons, and can get involved in all the activities that the ATC can offer whilst living on an RAF station in the UK. |
Away from home Air Cadets can also go to camps in Gibralter, Germany and Cyprus as well as exchange visits with air cadets from all around the world, if they take part in the International Air Cadet Exchange scheme.

Of course, cadets cannot just be sent out into the wide world with no experience or training, so as early as possible 32F Squadron ensure that new recruits take part in our Recruit Training Weekend. Of course, this training does not stop here, with cadets of all levels taking part in training course both in the Squadron and also at Wing, Region or Corps sponsored courses.
