Norden Mines is a 7mm scale narrow gauge layout built specially for the PMMMG museum at Norden Park & Ride station on the Swanage Railway. It is based on the Ball Clay mines at the foot of Corfe Castle, Dorset in the 1960s era. The layout features a typical mine building, the 22" gauge role-hauled system used in the audit, and the 2ft gauge system used to transport the clay across the main road to the trans-shipment points on the Swanage branch.
