 My
name is Colin Jones and I am the Pastor here. We have a team of Elders and
Deacons. We, along with a willing band
of volunteers, help run the Church’s programme of activities.As a church we are formed of people from very different backgrounds and
nationalities. The church members are in many ways very diverse, with different
interests, occupations, ages, income brackets and experience. We do all however
have one thing in common, our faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is
this that binds us together and underlies all that we are and do.
Please feel free to come along to any or all of
the appropriate meetings. We try to
cater for everyone in our various Sunday and mid-week activities.
A brief statement of what we believe is contained in our Basis of Faith. We
strive in our teaching to apply the Scriptures in a way that is faithful to
their meaning and relevant to our everyday lives. We seek to worship God in a
contemporary manner with full reverence and awe.
We welcome everyone to our services. If you are a Christian looking for a
spiritual home, please feel free to visit us and see if this is the place where
God wants you to worship and serve.
If you are unsure of your faith, please feel free to sit and listen, or to
question and probe. I, or any of the elders, would be happy to talk with you at
whatever point you feel it would be helpful. Until then please relax and feel at
home. No one will pressure you to "do or join" anything that would
make you feel uncomfortable.
