A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Due to the high quality of the furnishings a refundable security deposit of £150 is also requested to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure once the apartment has been checked for any damage or missing items.

The apartment can be cleaned during your stay and linen changed for an additional charge.

A welcome pack can be provided for your arrival to include essentials such as bread, milk, water and fruit etc - There will be a small charge for this service.
