Grounds Maintenance

We are currently submitting a series of complaints focused on the Grounds Maintenance part of ICC. Particular grass cutting where a two week schedule is failing to perform the ICC and appears not to deliver value for money. We are looking for a refund / reduction in charge and/or an improvement of service. We calculate grass cutting out at about £200 per hour!

We are also looking at weeding and care of planted tubs.

Cleaning - Link to grass cutting is the issue of dog mess removal. We have a series of complaints on this issue

Cleaning - The removal of rat droppings is an issue. The condition of low rise stairwells an issue.

Over the next six months we will continue to raise issues and where progress cannot be made by negotiation we will make complaints.
