The is a set proceedure for making a complaint and it is important to follow it. You must give the Council a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.

If you telephone a complaint through make sure you take a note of the name, time and GET A REFERENCE NUMBER!

"The easiest way to make a complaint is to telephone our contact centre on 020 7525 5000 or visit one of our one stop shops. Alternatively, you can fill in the compliment, complaint or comment form online."

"Precision – we will investigate and resolve stage one complaints thoroughly and promptly within ten working days, or let you know if there’s a reason for delay.
