If you have a low income? Disposable monthly income less than £733 per month?  About £166 per week? You don’t have to pay anything towards Legal Help. ( ‘Disposable income’ is the amount of income you have left after deductions have been made for national insurance, child support and tax.) If you have over £8000 in saving then unlikely.
