About every 3 months T&RA and Housing Officer walkabout in the evening when the lights are on to check all lights working.

PHOTOGRAPHS ARE TAKEN TO VERIFY / EVIDENCE

This is on top of residents reporting lights out themselves which is the best thing to do. If a light is not working phone it through to the Call Center.
