What's happening to Harbord & Westfield?

Either could be demolished for road changes under CWAAP, check with the Council. Refurb is likely to be delayed further that Abigail estimated below. Any leaseholders who have paid money in advance should seek repayment and interest.

JKH: More information in Spring 2009. In the meanwhile lobby getting done and fire systems repaired. Drain repairs. Preventative Maintenance.

Low Rise: More information in Spring 2009. In the meanwhile drains, roof and concrete repairs as necessary. Stairwells tarted up. Preventative Maintenance.

Ans: Scheduled with Haddonfield programmed in 2009: Start date subject to funding and outcome of stock condition survey. (Abigail by email May14 2008)

John Kennedy House & Low Rise?

Interim works 2008/9 to be decided. Decision to refurb or demolish Spring 2009 at earliest. If demolish 4 to 5 year programme.

Health & Safety repairs to be done as promised by Kim Humphreys in 2007. Other interim works to be decided. Object is to minimise expense until the decision is made to refurb or demolish.
