This ground floor apartment is in a courtyard development of 48 units in a Victorian warehouse in the heart of the Glasgow's Merchant City (click here for a Google Map), a 5 minute walk from George Square.

The apartment has two bedrooms with built in robes, one normally set up as twin and the other as double.  The bathroom has bath and shower.  The large living/dining area overlooks a residents' landscaped courtyard with fountain.  The integral kitchen is fully equipped for six persons.  A further single bed is provided and can be set up either alongside the double bed or in the living/dining area.

There is a laundry room in the basement of the building with commercial sized washers and dryers.  Secure wi-fi internet access is available free in the flat. We provide the same daily housekeeping service as at Charlotte Street.

There is on street parking around Blackfriars Court but it is very restricted 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday.  We have our own, off-street parking just 5 minutes walk away behind our other building at Number 52 Charlotte Street, or there is paid, supervised 24 hour car parking 200 metres away by High Street station.

Our nightly rates, which are for the flat and not per person, are:

To confirm a reservation, we ask for a non-refundable deposit equal to 15% of the cost of a stay, subject to a minimum of one night's rent.

Payment by Visa, Mastercard and JCB is welcomed:  a 1.73% transaction charge is added.   Other payment methods are Sterling cheque with guarantee card, or Sterling cash or Euro cash.

Reduced rates are available for academic visitors booked in by one of the universities in Glasgow, and also for members of theatrical companies - please ask!
