About 5th Gosport Sea Scout Group
On Alver Creek

We are one of the largest groups within the Gosport District and are also one of 101 groups that hold Royal Navy Recognition.

Our Beaver colony (for 6 - 8 year olds) meet on Tuesday evenings, the Cub pack (8 - 10½) meet on Mondays and the Scout troop (10½ - 14) that meet on Fridays. The Scouts are often out and about, so rather than risk missing them please check for the latest programme on our News page.

Our Headquarters, built by members of the Group, is in St. Luke's Road, Gosport. Details of our meeting times are shown on the individual section pages, as well as in our Group Diary. The Group Executive Committee meet on the second Tuesday of each month, except for a break in August.

As part of Scouting we are able to offer young people access to a wide range of adventurous activities including climbing, archery, canoeing, camping and many more.
