We provide a full custom service manufacturing stainless steel exhaust for all makes of vehicle with a full lifetime warranty.

We specialise in exhaust fabrication for performance cars. See the below list of exhaust system diameters we cater for. Some other specialists stop at 2.5" - we go to the MAX 75mm & 100mm diameter systems.

All our pipework is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. This is the optimum grade for corrosion resistance & strength, while retaining its' polished finish.
We prefer to use 1.5mm wall thickness as this improves the exhaust sound compared to a thinner material thickness (thinner thicknesses can sound tinny).

Full lifetime warranty applies while the vehicle remains with the original owner on the original vehicle and is inspected annually by A1 Autos to check the condition of rubber hangers and flanges. We will fulfill limited warranty in other cases where receipt is produced.
