So, who are we?

The birth of Abi......

Funnily enough, the birth of one Abi led to the birth of another!

Inspired by the birth if their daughter Abigail in 2003, husband and wife team Jane and Jamie Mableson decided to venture into the property market. Initially concentrating on building up their own property portfolio they became increasingly frustrated  with the local letting agencies and estate agents.  In the summer of 2006 Jane and Jamie decided to set up Abi Properties Limited, a residential lettings and management company with the aim of offering only the highest quality of service to both landlord and tenant

Armed with bucket loads of local knowledge, an eye for the up and coming areas and a solid base of professional experience, Jane and Jamie work with all parties to ensure that lettings are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

That little bit extra......

With local knowledge behind them Abi Properties includes details of local eateries, pubs and cafes, and beautiful places to walk to from the property in question and any other relevant information to ensure the prospective tenant can get a full and clear picture of the lifestyle on offer.
