Catamaran sailing	Sharyn Brown I'm 29 and enjoy most sports but have been looking to participate in a long-distance challenge for some time. I love competitive events as well as mountain biking, running and sailing catamarans at high speeds. The North Pole has fascinated me for years, particularly since I ventured onto the Athabaska Glacier in Canada. I can't wait to get there to experience the surroundings, avoid the polar bears, challenge my limits and enjoy being with a great team.
