*Min price of £450 applies to main villa accommodation in winter (sleeps 6).

Saturday is our changeover day. We can sometimes accommodate Flexible changeover days off peak.

Our normal change over times are arrive 4pm  vacate 10am   (These times can sometimes be flexible off peak)

We ask for a deposit of £100 against breakages, repairs and additional cleaning. This will be refunded in full if the villa is vacated in a good condition. Any costs for breakages, repairs and cleaning over and above normal use will be deducted from the deposit.
