Fitness-with-Swing

This class is for all ages and all abilities of people wanting to keep fit in a friendly non-competitive environment. We exercise to popular music starting off with warm ups and stretches progressing to stamina (high or low to suit individual needs) and then cooling down and stretching. Pilates style floors then completes the programme. Mats, towels and drinks available. We meet at the All Hallows Hall on Monday evenings from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
