You probably have a PC. You bought it because you wanted to keep up with the grandchildren, because someone said it would help you run your home / social life / small business, or just because you were curious!

You are probably a little scared of it (most people over 20 are), don't want to wipe out many hundreds of pounds of investment in it by the press of a wrong button, and not prepared to admit this by going on a course even if they did one at a time convenient to you!

Everyone is at a different level of ability with this tool, and learns at a different rate as well. I can meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. You will understand all those strange terms and odd ways of thinking about apparently simple things (well they were when it was just paper!)
