Directions:
Pick up the B3181 out of Exeter - the old Cullompton road, and this will take you right through Broadclyst. Look for a telephone box within the village on the right - the entrance to the hall is right beside, and immediately before this. There are plans afoot to alter the position of the entrance to be accessible from the public car park to the rear, but I'll update this when the work has been completed.

Size:
Good for maybe 200 people.

Access:
You can back the transport right up to the door, and there is level access into the hall with no steps.

Caretaker Issues:
None. Very helpful.

Setting Up:
There is a good-sized stage which is about 2 feet high and approximately 13 - 14 feet wide, with ample depth to work. Access is via steps to the left of the stage as viewed when looking from the floor. If using vinyl or old CD decks, beware the slightly 'mobile' stage floor - tread lightly!

Sound Limiter:
None.

Power Connection:
There are two double 13 amp sockets fairly high up on the wall adjacent to the steps. This will mean extension leads will have to be run down the wall, across the floor and back up onto the stage to the equipment area. Ensure you have adequate leads to reach where you want.

Bar Location:
This can be sited in a room at the far end on the right, as viewed from the stage. There is also a serving bar of sorts at the far end of the hall, but as far as I know this is not used for serving drinks.

Tables Available For Use:
Yes.

Fuel Stations:
Closest in Pinhoe, but as this is not 24 hour, ensure you fill up first.

Mobile Phone Signal:
Full signal with T-Mobile.

Additional Remarks:
Nice large hall, well maintained. Slight echo from the far end, but as usual this cannot be noticed from the dance floor.
