Marriage License: 1735 - Daniel Blyth of Elmstead and Thomas Nunn of Wivenhoe bound Daniel, 37, widow, to Ann Foster, 32, of Wivenhoe at Arlesford. He obtained a marriage license on 1 May 1735. Daniel, 37, a widower from Elmstead, and Thomas Nunn of Wivenhoe bound Daniel to Ann. They paid a bond of £200. Ann, 32, was from Wivenhoe. The marriage was to take place in Arlesford. Ann FOSTER inherrited 1/3rd of the residue of her husbands estate on 20 Aug 1775. Her husband also requested that Ann should be paid a yearly income of £24 by her son, Daniel. She was buried on 25 May 1783 in Elmstead, Essex. From her husbands will Ann received a yearly annuity of £24. She also was bequeathed 1/3rd of the residue of the estate.
