256. Charles William BLYTH was born on 17 Sep 1795 in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex. He was baptised on 28 Sep 1795 in St Michael's, Kirby-le-Soken, Essex. He died on 20 Nov 1855 in Kellybegs, County Donegal, Ireland. He was a Navy. Joined the Navy in July 1807 and was invalided out in 1826. He then joined the coast guard service in December 1843.

He was married to Jane MCDOWELL in Dec 1829. Jane MCDOWELL was born in Ballymena, Ireland. Charles William BLYTH and Jane MCDOWELL had the following children:
