33. Ann BLYTH was born after 1729. She inherrited £50 from her father on 12 May 1764. Ann was to receive the £50 when she reached the age of 21. She inherrited £20 from her mother, Ann Blyth on 24 Jul 1779. Ann also received one fifth of her mothers 'clothes, linen and wearing apparel'.

She was married to James PEAKE (son of James PEAK) on 22 Jan 1771 in Broomfield, Essex. James was from Black Notley, Essex, Ann was from Broomfield. Witnesses were Saml Blyth and Danl Blyth. James PEAKE was also known as James Peake Jnr. Ann BLYTH and James PEAKE had the following children:

95 iv. Martha PEAKE was born about 1775. She was baptised on 14 Jul 1775 in Black Notley, Essex.
96 v. John PEAKE was born about 1776. He was baptised on 15 Nov 1776 in Black Notley, Essex.
97 vi. Susanna PEAKE was born about 1778. She was baptised on 15 Sep 1778 in Black Notley, Essex.
98 vii. William PEAKE was born about 1780. He was baptised on 20 Oct 1780 in Black Notley, Essex.
