The exterior is carved and painted as stonework with chimney stack. The roof is tiled with individual hand painted 'tiles'. Interior floors are carved and painted as slabs for the ground floor and a tiled design taken from a painting of the period is on the floor at the top. The fireplaces come complete with glowing fires. Rooms include lights above the fireplaces. Hangings can be provided in a choice of colours on the back walls. Both windows are recessed with a window seat below. Shutters can be fitted as extras. The beams, shown in red, can be green or blue with gold edging.
