The A.C.C was formed 12/07/04 by myself and Mcvicker,after many lengthly conversations about how clowns freak people out and why would they do this.
I decided to take my thoughts to an internet forum to get other peoples views.
It seemed that there was a need for the A.C.C
We then decided once the website had been launched we could spread the word or even face clowns on their own turf.
