Internet Explorer 5 and 6 - use Tools/View/ Full screen.
Internet Explorer 7 - See percentage figure in bottom right corner of I.E. Window (probably 100%) and change to 75%. You should now see both the thumbnail navigation pictures and the whole enlargement with caption.
