All bed linen is supplied free of charge
Electricity Prices include up 100 units per week which should be adequate for normal usage. Any use of electricity above this will be charged at 15p per unit. (Meter read on arrival and when leaving) Heating prices include up to 35 litres of oil per week which should be adequate for normal usage. Any use of oil above this will be charged at 40p per litre. (Tank gauge read on arrival and when leaving)
Towels can be provided at a charge of £5 per set (2 bath, 2 hand, and 2 tea towels) and should be requested in advance.

A deposit of £150 (non re-fundable if the booking is cancelled) is required with the booking form & must be signed otherwise the booking is invalid
Balance to be paid 8 Weeks before arrival if payment is not recieved in time then we will consider the hirer in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking
£75 re-fundable damage deposit Payable by a seperante cheque with the Balance and will be returned within 7 working days of departure provided the property is left as found in a clean and tidy condition. This Deposit may aslo be used in the event of any loss, damage, breakages or overuse of Electricity or Oil
In The event of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be made, in the event of cancellation prior to 8 weeks before arrival and if the proprietor is successful in re-letting the property the deposit is forfeited otherwise if the proprietor is unsuccessful then 100% of the total cost is payable
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss damage or injury to the person or their property whilst within the confines of the premises
It is advisable that clients take out holiday insurance from date of booking. We cannot be responsible for any costs through cancellation/emergencies etc. Remember to arrange insurance which includes personal liability as this will probably meet the cost of any damages/breakages during your stay
