The Edinburgh School of Holistic Aromatherapy

The Edinburgh School of Holistic Aromatherapy was founded by Veronica Lenartowicz in 1991 and was accredited by the International Society of Professional Aromatherapists, now part of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists, with whom accreditation continues. The school was begun in Edinburgh in order to provide high - class professional training for those in the central belt. Its current principal, Sue Jenkins, has been a tutor for the school since its inception. She moved to Aberdeen in 1994 and took over the school in 1995. During the following years courses were run in Aberdeen as well as in Edinburgh . When Sue returned to Fife in 1999, courses were still running in both venues. However, Sue wished to reduce her own travelling and since 2002 has been running the course only in Fife at Kingsbarns.

The school is dedicated to producing thinking, professional therapists who are able to communicate and work with other healthcare professionals and care effectively and safely for all their clients.
