More mildly aromatic than s. chamaecyparissus. Greener foliage.
Santolina chamaecyparissus
Dwarf shrub with dense wooly and finely divided silver foliage. Bright lemon yellow button flowers in mid-summer. 40-60cm
Santolina incana
Neat, dwarf, clump-forming shrub, ideal for smaller gardens or as a low-growing hedge. It has deeply-toothed, slightly woolly, aromatic silver leaves on white felted branches which are soft to the touch.

Deep green slightly succulent foliage.

Telekia speciosa
(Formerly Bupthalmum speciosum) Large scented heart-shaped leaves with yellow frilly-petalled daisies over a long period. The fragrance of the leaves reminds me of the pines found in mediterranean sand dunes. Makes a substantial specimen plant. 1-2m
Teucrium hircanicum
Splendid plant throwing up many stems topped with crimson/purple flower spikes above aromatic sage like flowers. A real favourite. 50-70cm
Tiarella 'Iron Butterfly'
Clump forming plant with bronzed, well cut foliage and sprays of pretty scented white-pink flowers. Sun or part shade any reasonable soil.
Thymus 'Anderson's Gold'
Neat spreading mounds of golden leaves, particularly attractive as an edging and also valuable for planting in paths. Plant in full sun for best colour.
Thymus 'Bressingham Pink'
Clear pink summer flowers and fragrant grey-green, hairy leaves. This compact mat forming thyme is ideal for planting in a sunny part of the garden in the crevices between paving stones.
