There IS a physical component to art: hand, eye - and mind - co-ordination!

The physical movements of drawing and painting should be as easy and a natural as walking. You should concern yourself with what you want to do - not the process of doing it!
Just as with walking, you decide where you want to go - and expect your legs to get you there without your needing to tell them how to manage it!
Most beginners worry about not knowing "how to draw". This is as silly as a baby worrying about not knowing "how to walk"! The baby DOES learn how to walk - mostly by just being very persistent in trying to get somewhere - but once learnt, it forgets that there was ever a time when it did not know how!
