These were amongst my very first astrophotography attempts taken in 1994 from home in Edinburgh. I used a Pentax ME Super with standard Pentax lenses on a tripod and colour print film. I remember being pleased with both of these images. The lunar eclipse shows the coppery red colouring very well, eventhough it is blurred due to the length of the exposure. However, it still manages to have a 3D appearance.
