Each photo shoot is
carefuly planned and the details of each shot taken
noted on record sheets specially designed for this
Project.
When film is
returned after processing each image is checked for
quality and given a catalogue reference. The data
recorded at the time of taking is entered into a
computer data base. It is possible to recall an image
in a variety of ways using a number of search
criteria.

Transparencies are
mounted and stored in standard JESSOP files, each file being
referenced and colour coded according to its
contents. Negatives are also stored in standard
files, large format sheet film images are stored in
sleeves. Digital images are
stored on CD.
