Soup Lunch

13th July 2012

These are held bi-monthly, alternate months to the Coffee Mornings. Soup is homemade, usually choice of two varieties (most people have a taste of each!). After a short interval with some Christian content, we then serve homemade cakes and tea/coffee. Proceedings start at 12.15 pm..

Our Soup lunch held on 11th May saw a good number once more enjoying home made soup, followed by tea and cakes. Between courses Frances Gammie on the violin, accompanied by Joan Cooper on the piano, introduced and played some well known hymns and choruses, and spoke of her time with her family in Nepal.

The next Soup Lunch will be on 14th September 2012.
