Julia Smith

 

After 13 years training in, and teaching martial arts, Julia began to  investigate Chinese Medicine.  She attended a 3 year course in Oriental Medicine, specialising in acupuncture, at LCTA. 

 

Having gained a BSc, and joined the  British Acupuncture Council, she decided to further her study in China.  During her 7 month stay, she completed a practical course in TuiNa (medical massage) at the Provincial Hospital, Yunnan.  The clinic specialised in spinal complaints and, after months of strenuous practice, Julia treated patients suffering from back and neck problems.

 

Julia has returned to North London and has opened her own clinic in East Finchley.
