I’m Josh and I’ve been a Christian
for two and a half years now, I was saved shortly after joining BCC.
I have met many new friends at Baglan
and spend nearly all of my free time with them. I've forgotten what life
is like without them.
I would encourage everybody to give
church a try. You'll be surprised how many modern and contemporary
churches there are around, just find one which suits you. Maybe Baglan?

I like going to Baglan Community
Church because it’s fun and it’s not like a freezing cold building. It’s
a bright and bubbly place to be and the songs are wonderful.
I
think more people should come to our church, we would give you a warm
welcome when you come to visit us and the preaching is cool and very
easy to understand. |
I really enjoy attending Baglan
Church and the youth is really great. In church I have really fab mates!
I think we need more youth in our church as we would like to have more,
so please come to our church, it’s AWESOME!
I love singing in church and maybe
someday I’d like to sing out from the front.

Robert Stone youth
coordinator
Hello
my name is Robert Stone and I am youth coordinator here at Baglan
Community Church. Most of my work here is spent in fellowship (that’s
“being with“ for us older youth) the young Christians and their friends.
We generally meet as a group on Sunday nights after our evening service
at my home where we generally have a bible study and topical debate on a
variety of subjects.
The group are lively bunch who are full
of ideas and energy. We are in the middle of preparations for a service
coming up soon, where they will be giving testimonies, a drama play; and
quite a lot of singing.
They also socialise outside of church
and more importantly are there for each other time times of trouble or
testing. If I was asked what my main aim for this group is; it would
have to be that they go deeper in their faith and that they would unite
in prayer for this part of the world that God wants them to work in.
From time to time I will update this
message to keep you informed of events or news as it happens. For now if
you are in a position to join us for worship here at Baglan then we
would be delighted if you would do so and help us expand our group.
If you’re a parent and are thinking of
joining us your children would I am sure have no problems settling with
our group. So for now goodbye but drop in form time to time; and who
knows we may even see you in person on Sunday at Baglan Community
Church. |

Hi my name is Simon and I enjoy
football, rugby league, music and going out.
I first started to go
to church when I was a baby but was brought up to be a Catholic.
At 15 I decided to go to a church
youth club. At the age of 20 I then joined Baglan Community Church and a
couple of months later I became a Christian after listening to a sermon
based on the Cassie Burnall story (a girl who was shot dead in Columbine
High School after saying she believed in God) .
Since then I have never looked back
and now I thoroughly enjoy being a Christian and working for God.
Thanks for reading
Simon
