A Brief Introduction To Yin Style Bagua
This DVD set documents He Jinbao's first formal introductory lecture on Yin Style Bagua, presented at the London Yin Style Bagua Intensive in 2008. The eight separate animal systems contained within the overall system are outlined, giving those new to this art an overview, whilst giving the established practitioner a broader range of concepts to better understand the animal flavours and strike systems within their practise.
Filmed before an audience, the lecture is presented with concurrent live English translation and includes a demonstration of some of the techniques (empty-hand and armed with the Large Sabre) and answers to questions from the audience.
This is the first in the London Lecture Series of DVDs, dedicated to illuminating the essence, concepts and principles that inform Yin Style Bagua practice, encouraging better development and more effective practice.
He Jinbao began his study of Yin Style Bagua with Dr Xie Peiqi in 1971. He has dedicated himself to training, researching and teaching Yin Style Bagua with the hope that future generations of practitioners will carry on Yin Style Bagua's remarkable power and effectiveness.
