Booking

Please complete the attached Booking Form.

For your guidance, we suggest you follow these instructions:

1. Click on the Booking Form link above.
2. The File Download window will appear - select Save.
   
3. Select a location to save your Booking Form to, e.g. My Documents or My Desktop.
4. Locate this file, open and complete. Make sure you save your completed version - select File / Save (or Ctrl S).
5. If you choose to send the completed form by email, select File > Send to > Mail Recipient (as Attachment). This will open up a new email and insert your file as an attachment. Our email address is bahamabay@tiscali.co.uk.
6. If you choose to send the form by fax or post, select File > Print.
