Welcome to La Cinuelica, Spain
The resort of La Cinuelica is situated in an area called Los Altos which is south of Torrevieja. It is approximately a 45 minute drive from Alicante Airport (about 50km) and a 30 minute drive from Murcia Airport.
La Cinuelica is an elegant looking holiday resort offering a range of different types of properties from 3 storey apartments, 2 bedroom townhouses and 2 and 3 bedroom villas – our property is a "Mazquita" first floor, 2-bed apartment, fully air conditioned, with a private roof terrace offering 360 degree views out across the resort to the sea.
The buildings are white washed with coral coloured tiled roofs giving it a real Spanish look. Dotted around the resort are various communal swimming pools set amongst landscaped Mediterranean gardens.
The resort itself offers a peaceful retreat, but with the convenience of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the town and marina of Torrevieja within easy reach. The nearest beach is Punta Prima, approximately 1km, if you prefer to feel sand between your toes and take a dip in the warm Mediterranean sea.
Three main golf courses can be found within a short distance to La Mata, Las Ramblas Campoamor and Villamartin. There is a large waterpark open from May to October in Torrevieja.
La Cinuelica offers you the traditional Spanish retreat, with great weather all year round, the mixture of peace and quiet with the convenience of nearby places to eat, drink and party. There are many places to visit with easy access to main highways .. the choice is yours whether you want to simply sit back and relax, or venture out beyond the boundaries of Los Altos.
