Goalkeeper Alan Pickett threw one of his trademark tantrums last weekend following Barley's defeat to Smethwick Heating. The lads at the club have become use to Picketts "titty baby" ways but put up with him as he is undoubtedly the best keeper in the division. Its not the first time that Pickett has decided to leave the club in the small time he has been with the club. Alan made his debut in the 3-1 win against Navigation FC at Hilton Road in the 04/05 season, the same game that defender Joe Smith made his debut. Pickett however has returned his kit, something his never previously done when deciding to leave the club. So does this spell the end for the Pickett? Only time will tell.
