From Weymouth take the B3157 and head north-west towards Portesham. About 1.5 miles past the turning to Langton Herring, turn right into Cheese Lane towards Shilvinghampton (the 3rd turning on the right). After 1.25 miles turn right at a sharp left hand bend, then go through post and rail fencing to the site |

From Dorchester take the A35 towards Bridport, turn off left into Winterbourne Abbas and head towards Portesham. Travel through Portesham and head towards Weymouth on the B3157. Take the first turn left into Cheese Lane towards Shilvinghampton (after approximatley 1 mile). After 1.25 miles turn right at a sharp left hand bend, then go through post and rail fencing to the site |
