What is The Boys Brigade?
The Boys' Brigade is an International and Interdenominational Christian Uniformed Youth Organisation with a membership of around 1,000,000 Boys and Girls and operates within Churches and Christian sponsored centres, such as youth clubs, schools and community centres.

Each Unit is called a "Company" and the 2nd Bath Company is part of the Weston Free Church (Moravian).
Companies are divided into "Sections", providing organised indoor and outdoor activities for a number of age range groupings.

Membership Subscriptions for 2009-2010:
£45.00 per year - less than £1 a week!

As at 1st September 2008 our Subscriptions were set at 3 x £15 payments per year (£45 total per annum)  - payable on the first meeting of each 2 -Term Programme (AUTUMN/WINTER, SPRING & SUMMER)

Two Terms span approximately 4 months.

Activity Costs:
Some activities, like camps, swimming, weekends away, etc. incur additional costs that are to be paid by the Parents (in advance) of those Boys who wish to take part in them.

We try and keep costs down as much as we can and those that already enjoy them agree that we provide great value for money!

Joining Details:
On your first visit to BB, there may be a First Night fee of £5.00 irrespective whether or not you want to join BB. Some times we have "offers" such as "first month free".

After attending your first meeting, you then have a further 2 weeks to make up your mind about joining and on the following week you will need to pay £15.00 subs (for two terms) or £11.00 (if there was a "free month" offer) and present a completed Uniform Order Form and a cheque or cash.

Uniform:
We are a Uniformed Youth Organisation and uniforms may be purchased on the 3rd week after joining the Company.
