Throwing and catching helps to develop hand and eye co-ordination and also improves on reactions when instructions on how to catch a ball is included in the game!

Boys may compete in a team for some games, such as Handball and Volleyball, or may compete against themselves if their performance is judged on their personal best against a set of penalties that they can accrue or reduce by their reactions to the game!
