1913 through 1914 issues

The Australian Commonwealth came into being on March 1st 1901. Despite control of the postal services being passed to the federal authorities at that time, it was not until 1910 that the various state issues became valid for use throughout the federation. Further, although national issues were released in 1902, it was not until 1913 that stamps inscribed 'Australia' were issued.
