Nelson to Barley via Thorneyholme [280]

A new service, [271] was introduced commencing June 1st, 1950 until 24th September (inc) between Earby and Barnoldswick via Salterforth Lane.

During 1955 the new General Manager J P Senior revised all the BCN route numbers.
