MONEY MATTERS

After many years without changing our membership subscription from £1 per household per year, we have finally let inflation catch up with us, and of course we have upgraded “The Resident” to full colour, so when your road rep comes calling this year it will be TWO WHOLE POUNDS (£2) they are asking for this time.

I am sure that it is entirely coincidental, but at the same time our Treasurer, Graham Goodeve, who has been looking after our funds for the last seven years, has decided to hand over the purse strings. So the Association now invites anyone with some expertise in banking/bookkeeping to volunteer to join us as our Treasurer. Graham will explain everything to you about how our money is managed, and hand everything over to you, and also be available for ad hoc questions from time to time as you get into it.
