At its meeting held on Tuesday12 May 2009 the Town Council considered the
following planning applications:
Planning Application No. 09/00345/FULL
Single storey front, side, and rear extensions at 62 Norsey Road,
Billericay.
The committee recommended that this application should not be granted
planning permission for the following reasons:
1) Habitable rooms too close to boundary. 2) Loss of
off street parking space on busy road
Planning Application No. 09/00355/FULL
Side extension incorporating rear dormer at Hillcrest, Buckwyns Chase,
Billericay. The committee had no objection to this application subject to
the existing floor area being the same as that of 1948 (Development Control
Guidelines)
Planning Application No. 09/00358/ABAS

objection to this application.
