Talk to Me!
As early words start to break through the barrage of baby babble, what can we do to help our children’s speech and language development?
How do we know what is normal and when should we be concerned?
With nearly 10% of children entering school in the UK with speech and language difficulties, it is vital that we recognise the signs and know when and how to get help.
The Billericay Parents Forum is hosting an open meeting on this subject and the brilliant speaker for the evening is Jon Gilmartin from I CAN.
I CAN is the national charity that works to support the development of speech, language and communication skills in all children.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 17th June at 7.45pm at Queens Park Community Church, Queens Park Ave Billericay and is free of charge. All parents, carers and professionals are welcome to come along.
Ensure your place by calling Billericay Parents Forum on 01277 633910 or or email: info@billericayparents.com . www.billericayparents.com
