Surgery, 58 Laindon Road
seeks permission to demolish the doctors surgery and construct
ten 2-bed flats and new surgery. The committee objected to this
application on the grounds that it is considered an over development
on a constricted site. It would spoil the open aspect of this part of
Laindon Road
which is part of a conservation area. Concern was expressed regarding
the provision of car parking and vehicular access already a problem
following changes to the Quilters complex.
